Job DescriptionPosition Summary:We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help our growing organization develop, implement, track and optimize our digital content across all channels. You should be familiar with current marketing tools and have a thirst for knowledge for all things digital. As part of this role, you will be working with senior team members, applying the knowledge you gain to help the organization expand its global digital footprint.Responsibilities: Help plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Help content writers and graphic design, build and maintain our social media presence Work with senior team members to help report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and other KPIs Coordinate digital ad placements for social media platforms, including Facebook Identify content trends and insights, and optimize content and spend based on these insights Help to execute and measure conversion tests, and optimize target audience funnels Have an analytical mind to help evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsRequirements: Bachelor s degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Graphical Arts or a related field 1 year of full-time experience preferred; will accept applications from recent college graduates who can demonstrate an aptitude for digital marketing and have some level of experience (whether as part of an internship or through a part-time job) in the field Knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns is highly desirable Highly creative with an eye toward designing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Some experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, and knowledge of A/B testing concepts Understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and WebTrends) MUST HAVE: Experience setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Facebook paid campaigns Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement or a desire to get up-to-speed with these trends fastCompany DescriptionBy incorporating only the best technologies, Robert Palmer Companies focuses on bridging the gaps and overcoming the challenges professionals of all industries face on a daily basis.
