Licensed Cosmetologist - Manager - Salon

Well established national salon chain, Fantastic Sams is looking for an experienced Salon Manager with several years exp.  We are looking for a polished professional with an incredible work ethic and clear understanding of technology and daily, weekly and monthly budget accountability. Multi-tasking and organizational skills a must!

Position Overview:

This leader must be high energy level, have a positive attitude, professional attire, flexible, and understand how to work in a team environment. Must be capable of leading by example with an understanding of a full service salon and consultations plus educating about product, willing to ask for the referrals, and welcome the guest back. Responsible to help team make guests feel that they do not want to go anywhere else and can back it up with the technical ability. Ability to meet production standards a must.

Must be strong at all types of cuts (men, women, children), color, highlights, perms, up-dos, waxing, smoothing treatments, etc.

We want team members that understand how to grow their business. With thousands spent on advertising the salon has a very high new guest count each week and the potential is there to continue growing this salon and reap the rewards.
