Job Overview:
The Resort Manager will
- Be able to create a positive guest experience and maintain a positive work environment.
- Make sure to be aware of the hotel's daily activities regarding conventions, functions, meetings, groups, etc.
- Conduct regular property tours, making sure to report any issues or concerns which may need immediate attention.
- Ensure proper communication to all departments involved when facing a challenging situation.
Requirements
The Resort Manager will have:
- A minimum of 2 years in a hotel supervision or management position is required.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills,
- Typing skills,
- Microsoft Office applications,
- Knowledge of computers and phones
- Problem solving techniques, and so on.
Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
