Position Overview:
The Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for many important functions, such as checking Guests in and out, handling cash, billing, problem handling, answering calls, making reservations, assisting in the selling of the hotel and ensuring that Guests have an enjoyable stay.
The Night Auditor must be able to complete all required daily/nightly reports.
Position Requirements:
- Prior IHG experience, Opera systems, night audit hotel experience and knowledge of the UCF Area is a plus.
- The ability to multi-task, resolve problems and converse comfortably with Guests is an absolute must.
- Applicants must be friendly, customer service oriented and dependable. Working weekends is a requirement. Flexibility in schedule preferred.
This is an hourly, part time position.
