Harbor Community Bank, One of the fastest growing Community Banks in Florida has an exciting opportunity for a Document Retention Specialist I
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Performs the rudimentary functions of the documentation retention area which includes, but not limited to data entry of loan information into the core-processing system, verifying data, preparing materials for scanning, and supporting fellow teammates. Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
- Work related experience should consist of knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Educational experience, through in-house training, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A strong ability for information ordering; to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g. patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations).
