Server - Hotel Restaurant

Position Overview:

• The PM Server is responsible for serving Dinner in the Hotel Restaurant.  
• He or she is responsible for taking orders, serving food, answering questions, handling food, cashing out Guests and ensuring that the Guests have a great experience.  
• Servers may have to assist in Food Preparation and assist other Restaurant, Kitchen and Bar staff, as necessary.  

Position Requirements:

Applicants must have

• prior Food & Beverage experience and
• be friendly and customer service oriented.  

The Server position requires

• attention to detail and specific requests from the Guests.  
• Accuracy and time management are important skills for this job.

This is an hourly position with an opportunity to earn gratuities.  The hours are 5 days per week with part time hours.  Shifts vary.  Weekend availability is necessary.
