CLC World Resorts & Hotels is a dynamic and diverse holiday company designing, developing and managing exceptional resorts worldwide.

We are looking for a Resorts Management Director to oversee the management of all segments of our two Orlando resorts.

Working within a diverse and evolving environment, you would:

• Prepare and manage annual budgets including the projection and monitoring of financial targets.
• Oversee and maximise revenues for all aspects of owner rental income.
• Attract new customers and guests through active marketing, excellent customer service and adding value to the vacation experience of our guests.
• Provide support to CLC World real estate sales and on-going property management services to CLC World Owners.
• Manage Heads of Department and ensure resources, including appropriately trained personnel, are effectively allocated.
• Manage third party relationships such as restaurant operators and shop lessees.

If you want to join our exciting company and meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ managerial experience at senior level in a resort or hotel enterprise.
• Excellent Microsoft skills particularly with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a logical and problem-solving approach.
• Experience of managing a large and diverse workforce.
• CAM licence (beneficial not essential).
