We are looking for talented line cooks and prep cooks who meet these requirements:

  • AT LEAST (1) YEAR of relative experience. 
  • ServSafe or equivalent Food Handlers Certification
  • MUST be able to frequently walk with some standing time and move about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs, and carrying items weighing 25-50 pounds. 
  • If hired, employees must be able to provide current and valid identification to verify their legal right to work in the United States as well as pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities as Cook:

  • Maintain positive attitude with guests and/or team members.
  • Maintains proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing food and serving food.
  • Clean up and breakdown at the end of events.
  • Communicate and follow directions efficiently.
  • Adapt to any changes made while working as to better serve guests.
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
  • Maintain and clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
  • Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
  • Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
  • Adhere to health, safety, grooming and appearance standards at all times.

  • Enjoy cooking in a variety of environments and thrive in fast-paced, high pressure situations.
  • Fast and flexible learner; excellent knife skills--able to wash, peel, chop and slice!
  • Team-oriented and good at taking direction.
  • Multifaceted and able to take on numerous stations in the kitchen.
  • Must be a able to take a lot of orders and multi-task well.
  • Enjoy cooking in a variety of environments and thrive in fast-paced, high pressure situations.
  • Fast and flexible learner; excellent knife skills--able to wash, peel, chop and slice!
  • Well-versed in breakfast, eggs, omelets, pancakes, etc. is a plus.
