Banquet Server

We are looking for talented banquet servers who meet these requirements:

• AT LEAST (1) YEAR of relative experience. 
• MUST be able to carry and lift heavy trays.
• MUST be able to frequently walk with some standing time and move about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs, and carrying items weighing 25-50 pounds. 
• If hired, employees must be able to provide current and valid identification to verify their legal right to work in the United States as well as pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities as Banquet Server:

• Provide guests with friendly service and maintain positive attitude.
• Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement, putting up a buffet.
• Remove each round of plates, replenish utensils, and keep glasses full.
• Clean up and breakdown at the end of events.
• Communicate and follow directions efficiently.
• Adhere to health, safety, grooming and appearance standards at all times.

What we look for in our applicants:

• Extensive knowledge of food, wine and spirits.
• Experience with wine presentation and service.
• Fine dining and banquet experience.
• Experience with a POS system.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Ability to speak another language is a plus but not required.
