We are looking for talented baristas who meet these requirements:

• AT LEAST (1) YEAR of relative experience. 
• MUST be able to frequently walk with some standing time and move about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs, and carrying items weighing 25-50 pounds. 
• If hired, employees must be able to provide current and valid identification to verify their legal right to work in the United States as well as pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities as Barista:

• Prepare guests' custom ordered hot and cold beverages.
• Anticipate guests' orders.
• Provide guests with friendly service and maintain positive attitude
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
• Adhere to health, safety, grooming and appearance standards at all times.
• Communicate and follow directions efficiently.

What we look for in our applicants:

• Must possess extensive knowledge for preparing all coffee beverages.
• POS System knowledge and experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Work in fast paced environment.
• Knowledge and skills for creating latte art is a plus!
• Ability to speak another language is a plus but not required.
