General Building Maintenance

Job DescriptionImmediate need for a full time cleaning and maintenance person. This is for complete maintenance on a 9000 sq ft building and a few out structures. Applicants should be generally handy and have some carpentry and painting skills and the ability to make minor repairs to electrical, plumbing, and other items within the building This job entails 50 percent general cleaning including 5 bathrooms, mopping tile and vct floors, stripping and waxing vct floors, dusting and cleaning of kitchen as well as emptying garbage, general cleaning and organizing of facility as well as errands using the company truck.
