Talent Acquisition Coordinator @ Orlando, FL (Local prefered)Duration: 12 monthsPay rate : $negotiable/hr w2 Qualifications: Education/Certification/Years of Experience Requirements Associates degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or specialized coursework or certificate programs in HR topics and/or administrative office procedures required; Three (3) years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordinator, or administrative role supporting recruiting; or Five (5) years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordinator, or administrative role supporting recruiting in lieu of education requirement; Experience using Cornerstone s Performance Management, Applicant Tracking System, and Learning Management Systems highly desired; Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team; Create and post all job openings and send job announcements; Coordinate recruiting events and interview schedules including in-person and telephone interviews for recruiters and hiring managers; Follow established administrative processes which include assessment testing, ongoing candidate follow up, edit job postings, interview documents, position justifications, etc.; Enter new jobs and job postings in ATS; Create position request cover sheet and assemble all documentation for approval; Coordinate and send all surveys in the recruiting process; Assist with pre-employment processes, the new hire and onboarding process, offer package coordination; Schedule new hire orientations and be responsible for all orientation logistics; Assign E1 number and create footprints; Create new hire documents for supervisors; Collect I-9 documents and E-Verify new hires; Coordinate all physicals and drug screens with Carespot; Onboard all new employees; including, but not limited to: obtaining security badge, issue parking pass, and completing onboarding audit form for Manager and Director signature ensuring that the tasks and files are complete; Responsible for all new hire documents to include preparing all files for the selection process, moving new hire documents to Documentum; Florida new hire reporting; Monitor the HR inbox; Responsible for all new hire orientation logistics and assist with facilitation as needed; Other duties as assigned.
