Do you have five plus years experience in business law handling federal trade regulations, corporate contracts, and mergers? Our client is a prestigious Tampa firm seeking an experienced individual to join their team. Corporate Law Paralegal Job Responsibilities: Ensure that firm clients operate within the legal requirements set forth by local, state and federal regulations regarding trade and governance Research and analyze legal sources such as statutes, public records, and corporate licensure requirements Perform due diligence in corporate legal matters concerning contracts and agreements Prepare and compile memorandums and other corporate documents Review and analyze contract terms and conditions Assist in tracking corporate tax return preparation; coordinate assembly and mailing of corporate tax returns Assist with due diligence and regulatory matters for Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions work Maintain and update d/b/a entities and subsidiaries Qualifications: Five plus years experience in a traditional law firm Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Extensive work in Mergers & Acquisitions Additional experience in Securities Independent, detail-oriented Bachelors degree and paralegal certification preferred Does this Corporate Law Paralegal job in Tampa, Florida sound like a great match with your experience?
