Varite is looking for Cable/Wire Assembler for one of its client in Oldsmar, FL.Title: Assembler Duration: 12+ MonthsLocation: Oldsmar, FLDescription:Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or printed circuit card assemblies. Ability to work from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditionsExpected to read and comprehend assembly parts list, assembly drawings and any related reference documentation. Material handling including loading and unloading of components into feeders or handling fixtures. Inspection of work in process to IPC-610 standards. Troubleshooting of process parameters to improve yield. Experience with operating SMT My Data equipment desired.Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory: Experienced with working in an Electro Static Discharge (ESD) environment One year experience working with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) material.
