Senior Helpers Orlando, located in Winter Park, is seeking a new Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be an experienced CNA or CHHA as he/she will provide coverage on cases within a reasonable distance of the office, as needed, during office hours (M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM). The primary responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, greeting all employees and guests, general office functions (data input, filing, tracking of internal documentation, etc.), collection of required weekly documentation from employees, tracking and distribution of paychecks, assist with client marketing materials, ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory levels of personal protective equipment and office supplies, etc. Licensed CNA or CHHA Minimum of 1 year answering multi line phone system Minimum of 1 year in healthcare industry Minimum of 2 years in customer service related field Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other healthcare related software systems
