TheCampaign Analystwill be responsible for the monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis of IZEA s highest-profile influencer and content marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on industry, market, and client-level trends for premier consumer and B2B brands. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills; including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes. The analyst must be extremely organized and able to provide strategic and tactical insights for current and future custom content and influencer marketing campaigns. The role is heavily client-facing and responsible for communicating readouts, improving clients understanding of their data, and marrying data with actionable insights that are meaningful to the brand being served. Primary Responsibilities: Work directly with the IZEA client strategy team and external stakeholders to define campaign key performance metrics and design measurement plans Analyze performance of influencer/content campaigns to provide strategic tactical insight and optimization recommendations Monitor the performance of campaigns against established benchmarks using internal and 3rd party reporting systems Provide on-going updates to the team of industry trends, issues, and best practices for relevant categories Organize post-campaign data and insight into compelling wrap up reporting and presentations Build and grow relationships with key client contacts Craft easy-to-understand narratives and actionable insights supported by campaign performance data What we re looking for: Someone who has strong analytical skills; including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes An extremely organized individual who is able to provide strategic and tactical insights for current and future custom content and influencer marketing campaigns Must-haves: 3+ years digital media experience, especially in client facing buying or media measurement departments Strong independent thinker with problem solving abilities Experience with Pivot Tables, Tableau, and other advanced Excel functions Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must Demonstrated ability to thrive in a self-starter /self-prioritized working environment Capable of working with large amounts of data to support or refute a hypothesis Basic understanding of statistics and probability modeling Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or Analytics required Why would you want to work here?
