Our staff works with amazing people in brands that serve millions of members each year and directly improve the lives of all ICE customers on a daily basis.Responsibilities:First and foremost, provide excellent customer service to your brand membersSell unique membership, cruise and land-based programsOffer member consultation on program benefits and product inquiriesManage member information completely and accurately for transactional processingWork with your team to meet monthly sales, revenue and product goalsCollaborate cross-departmentally with Command Center&supervisors for escalation resolutionQualifications:Minimum high school diploma or GED1+ years sales experienceBasic knowledge of computersComfortable making outbound and taking inbound member calls
