Sales Leaders are responsible for management of a kiosk/cart according to company standards. This responsibility includes: Managing all business functions such as meeting sales goals, utilizing the guest consultation, profitability, inventory control, loss prevention, merchandising and maintaining kiosk to company standards (clean, organized, and will stocked.) Supervising a team of 3 to 5 employees to ensure they are successful, meet or exceed sales goals, and follow policies and procedures. Building a strong cohesive team by effective hiring, training, coaching and performance management, motivating and inspiring the team while retaining high performing staff. Consistently ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures including scheduling, cash management, attending meetings, dress code, ensuring the team is trained and has become certified in product knowledge. Sell products by providing guest consultations (asking open ended questions, describing&demonstrating products, answering customer questions and providing high quality customer service. Opening and/or closing the kiosk including accurately counting and balancing the cash register. Making nightly bank deposits when you are the closer. Maintaining good relationships with Mall Management by adhering to mall regulations. Completing other duties assigned in a timely and accurate manner. Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff, customers, and mall management. Ability to effectively respond to customer inquiries. Knowledgeable of the products and their benefits. Ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Computer skills and cash handling/cash register skills which requires ability to perform basic math functions. Ability to present and maintain a professional image at all times. Strong accountability. Required Experience High School Diploma or GED and at least 21 years of age. At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in retail. Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
