What theAccount Executivedoes at Viewpost: End to end (full life-cycle) sales and on-boarding of prospects and new clients Develops new prospects, primarily via the telephone Consistently closes business, and interested in exceeding sales expectations Interacts with existing referral relationships primarily by phone to increase sales of an organizations products and/or services Partners with outside Business Development Officers Provides support to customers over the phone and may conduct field visits as necessary Works within a defined set of telephone sales metrics: calls per day, average call time, new accounts generated, account penetration, etc. This employee shall maintain or assist in the maintenance of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all data in physical and/or electronic format. What the next greatAccount Executiveneeds to have: Bachelors degree preferred and at least one year of experience with B2B sales. SAAS, FinTech or solution-based selling is a plus Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the financial services field Experience performing a variety of tasks that require one to be strong in problem identification/solving, initiative driven and self-motivated Experience working in a metrics driven telephone sales role (Call Time, Talk Time, dials per hour/day, close rate, etc.) The ability and desire to make 70-80+ outbound calls daily (warm leads provided thourgh our current customer base) Ability to work under general supervision A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally, both within the business and in sales Strong capability with MS Office applications Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities, highly effective in dealing with ambiguity Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment in a fast paced energetic culture Fun approach to work Why Viewpost?
