Loss Prevention Lead (3rd Shift) - Caribe Royale

The responsibilities of a Loss Prevention lead include supervising and training security officers, following through on situations with the Director and Assistant Director of Loss Prevention, patrol and inspect assigned areas, maintain and monitor a control desk at an employee entrance/exit, and respond to emergency situations quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have the ability to stay calm in stressful situations, have excellent written and oral communication skills, have the ability to multitask and organize, and have the ability to understand a variety of social skills in different settings.

 

Previous security and supervisor experience of at least 2 years is required. Must have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
