Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full life cycle of client data analytics, including involvement and management of a wide range of client and internal projects. Core tasks include the advanced analysis of employee survey data, employee attrition data, performance data, and other relevant client management tasks associated with our clients. You will be working side-by-side with our consultants and IT professionals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis for client organizations based on multiple employee surveys
  • Conduct research and analysis into key aspects of employee attrition data focused on a holistic understanding of costs, causes and consequences of turnover and disengagement
  • Work with our consultants and clients to apply TalentKeepers tools and research as it relates to specific talent management issues and help develop efficient implementation processes
  • Perform detailed quality assurance and track project progress; create status reports
  • Support team members in research collaboration, idea development, and other strategic initiatives
  • Respond to daily requests for data analysis support from our national and international clients
  • Create engaging and useful ways to depict results and develop presentations
  • Work with our client services and IT teams on new and unique data analysis requests

Position Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Two or more years of related experience
  • A quick learner, self-motivated, diligent, conscientious, able to work independently or on a team and well organized
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred with emphasis on quantitative disciplines such as I/O Psychology, Math, Statistics, or related field 
  • Highly proficient using MS Office Applications, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word
