Successful Property Management Company needs experienced Accountant to produce monthly financial statements.
The Bookkeeper - Accountant will be supporting the day to day accounting functions, including the maintenance of accounting books, payroll, bank account reconciliation, budgeting and reporting, Other accounting and office functions.
Requirements:
- 10 years experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Professionalism Excellent salary and benefits.
- Full scope of accounting work from entering a/p, a/r, bank reconciliations, gl, check runs and generating financial statements.
- Work with auditors on individual properties at year end to provide all documentation needed for completion of audit.
Pay Range: 32k to 37k depending on experience and references
