Press Operator
Manufacturer in NW Orlando is seeking a Press Operator to set up various brake presses and bend sheet metal components to drawing specified dimensions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews work order to determine correct dimensions and bend angles
- Changes dyes as required per part
- Assures that machine is operating properly and safely with all machine guards in place
- Performs weekly maintenance on press machines
Experience Needed:
- Minimum one-year similar experience
- Experience programming back gauges
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometer and tape measure
- Math skills, especially fractions
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to adhere to all safety standards
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00-2:30
Salary: $12.00
Term: Fulltime to Hire
