Overall Purpose:
To achieve the set sales and service targets by selling premier excursions /tours, attraction tickets and transportation products that suit the customer’s needs. Promote a professional company image through the appropriate use of speech, body language, eye contact and company grooming standards. This is an independent job, requiring a fun and outgoing personality that loves to work with the public.
Key Accountabilities
Achieving Sales Goals:
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Florida Dolphin Tours and City Sightseeing products, services and pricing structure
- Determine customer needs and propose appropriate attraction, transport and excursion products
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing Florida destination information
- Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and suggest ways to improve sales
- Process tickets in accordance to set sales systems to include payments and making reservation with applicable Suppliers
- Regularly meet with Sales Supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers
Reporting and Paperwork:
- Complete all required company reports
- Maintain brochures stock, accurate price listing and transportation times
- Complete all financial paperwork and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and security agreement
Product Knowledge:
- Attend and participate in any internal sales and customer service training
- Keep up to date with any new products, transport routes and times
- Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest product developments

Skills / experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized with good time management skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven sales experience
- Strong knowledge about the Orlando areas, local attractions, theme parks and hotels
- Must be flexible in work schedules, being able to work weekends, holidays and various hours
- Able to work outdoors – Kiosk located at Premium Outlets/Pointe Orlando
