What will I be doing? As a Steward you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Ensures all dishes, pots, pans and silverware are washed according to the state issued sanitation guidelines.
Assist the management staff to perform and meet all policies for sanitation set by HGVC and the state department of Health.
Complete end of shift assigned duties such as pots and pans, trash, floor cleaning, etc.
Ensures that all food items are stored properly to meet with HGVC and state regulations.
Clean and wash work area, refrigerator and utensils and prep area for next day.
Remove trash and garbage and place in designated area.
Assist as manager sees fit in other areas of food and beverage such as the marketplace and catering events.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Carries out all reasonable requests by management.
