Position Summary:The Team Lead will perform managerial tasks, procedures and functions vital to the daily maintenance and follow up of their own and that of their team members.
As a mid-level supervisor position the aforementioned responsibilities will require an acumen for multi-tasking, organization, time management, and leadership.
The Sales Admin Team Lead is responsible for overseeing their team's performance, so their primary function is to monitor and assist in the daily management of Sales Admin functions (Run Payments, Processing Refunds, Admin queue).
Primary responsibilities:Provide weekly (daily if necessary) training and support (Call Whisper, Call Fire, etc.
) to a group of assigned phone representatives within the Department.
Manage, with accuracy, all tracking documents and reports to ensure team Daily&Monthly KPI's are met.
Ensure that the assigned team members adhere to Sales Best Practices'as set by Sales Management Team.
Ability to report within CRM system to identify areas of opportunity and implement simple but comprehensive solutions.
Managing personal&team calendars, to ensure time is managed as efficiently as possible.
Attend planning meeting for integrations and initiatives that directly impact the EPO team.
Demonstrate a positive, professional and team attitude toward coworkers, internal and external customers, and management.
Strong focus on sales process and key performance indicators.
Over 1 year sales management or leadership experience.
Over 3 years of professional call center sales experience.
Excellent time management and communications skills.
This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel (employee&managerial).
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs.
Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce.
com is a plus!)
