Currently seeking a Surety Claim Adjuster to provide quality, cost efficient and timely investigation of contract and commercial surety bond claims.
This requires someone exhibits a strong working knowledge of legal contracts, insurance policies, constructionmethods or liability insurance related claims.
Additional include setting reserves and making payments in accordance with company policy, assisting in site inspections, working with outside counsel and consultants to proactively respond todemands against the bond.

EOE / Drug Free Workplace * Bachelors Degree in construction, engineering, risk management, or a related field; Juris Doctor degree preferred but not required.
* Minimum 3 years in applicable insurance, legal or construction experience including investigating and responding to complex litigated cases.
Multistate/jurisdiction experience necessary.
* Applicable adjuster license required; must obtain additional licenses within 3 months of hire.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Valid driver s license required.
