Requisition Number 17-0060 Post Date 7/11/2017 Title Imaging Specialist Division Florida Location Clearwater Operations City Clearwater State FL Description Under the direct supervision of the Imaging Team Leader and the Imaging Supervisor, will be responsible for efficient and accurate processing of all imaging documents to the FDM (FIS Document Management) system daily.
Essential Job Functions: Maintain a current working knowledge of all internal policies and procedures, laws and regulations.
Initiates and maintains a thorough working knowledge of software and equipment utilized by the department and can competently assist co-workers with the same.
Process the scanning and moving of all scanned loan documents to the bank imaging system.
Process accurately the daily functions of all imaged loan document and credit files.
Process the moving of all deposit documents to the bank imaging system.
Provide feedback concerning exceptions and/or documentation deficiencies.
Maintains a cooperative and professional manner with internal and external customers.
Promotes and protects the interest in the Bank at all times.
Responsible for compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations related to this position.
At least 2 years of banking experience Loan documentation knowledge preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
