Paralegal Drafting legal documents Reviewing and summarizing medical records Preparing subpoenas and Requests for Information State Efiling Prepare exhibits for mediation and trial Prepare de notebooks Utilize document management system Four or more years experience in a law firm FRP (Florida Registered Paralegal) designation preferred Background in defense litigation Experience as a nurse paralegal or legal nurse consultant a PLUS!
