Now hiring for a Corporate Law Paralegal job in Tampa, Florida, courtesy of Special Counsel! Do you have a minimum of five years experience in securities, mergers & acquisitions, or general corporate transactions? Our client is seeking an experienced individual to support senior members of the business law practice group.
Drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and distributing all agreements requested Assisting with organizing entities, including formation certificates, tax forms, operating agreements and board resolutions Working alongside attorneys in mergers & acquisition due diligence Assisting on special projects as assigned, including but not limited to, conducting legal research and creating PowerPoint presentations.
Reviewing and proofreading contracts and agreement Liaison between corporate contacts and outside counsel Minimum of five years in a traditional law firm Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional proofreading skills Independent, detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Bachelors degree or paralegal certification required Does this Corporate Law Paralegal job in Tampa, Florida sound like a great match with your experience?
