About the Opportunity:
You'll be working in the finest new luxury single family community in Central Florida's hottest sub-market, Canopy Oaks in Winter Garden. We've only been open for a short time and our sales office is busy now and traffic is growing fast, requiring increased sales staff. Our models have won numerous awards, including the SEBC's prestigious Excel Award for the Best Model in Florida as well as sweeping the 2017 Parade of Homes judging with THREE GRAND AWARDS.
Our homes are priced at $700k to over a million. You do the math!
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a New Home Sales Representative to join our team.
You must be an experienced Florida licensed real estate professional with an upbeat personality, have a high level of energy, driven to sell and excel in building strong relationships. If you possess these qualities, then we have an opportunity for you!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Present and sell the features and benefits of our new homes in our model center within an exclusive, gated community.
- Utilize Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) and other data driven tools to sell homes.
- Aggressively prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up.
- Consistently demonstrate a need for action and complete work accurately and on time.
- Establish and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Maintain a "Customer is #1" attitude.
- This is a 100% commission (against draw) opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Florida Real Estate license.
- Our Sales Representatives work every weekend, evenings as necessary and most holidays with two days off per week.
- Proven success in direct sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain relationships and close sales.
- Candidates should be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, and a desire for high income.
- A flexible, "can do" attitude is a must.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet.
