Job Description

  • Chat Specialists bridge the digital communication gap between our clients and the customers they serve by quickly answering online chat requests and delivering top-notch customer service in every chat conversation, with every word, every time.
  • Our chat team has unscripted online conversations based on our chat methodology to uncover shoppers’ needs and guide them through the purchasing journey.
  • Chat Specialists are excited to share extensive knowledge about specific products and services with people who click to chat (yes, we train you to be a conversational expert!), and they work to drive shoppers to want to do business with our clients. Our Chat Specialists are relationship-builders in every sense of the word.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills:

  • Types at least 45 WPM
  • Experienced at navigating websites and identifying information quickly
  • Effective written and oral communicator
  • Critical thinker
  • Multi tasker with demonstrated ability to prioritize quickly
  • Detail oriented and customer-focused
  • Career oriented and professional
  • Adaptable to change
  • Must be in the Orlando, FL Area, this is not a work from home position
  • Must have flexibility to work various shifts

Good-To-Have:

  • Sales,Travel Industry, IT and/or Customer Service background
  • Bilingual skills a plus (all languages)
  • College degree in Business, IT, Education, or Communication

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Positions are full-time.

    Monthly rotating weekend shifts are required after 90 days of hire.

    Once working weekends, you will receive 2 days off throughout the week

    Chat Services operates 24 hours, 7 days a week.

    The Orlando office is currently hiring for all shifts.

    Shifts do not change daily, weekly, or monthly.

    After training, you will be placed on a 9a-6p, 10a-7p, 12p-9p or 1p-10p shif for your first 90 days.

    After your first 90 days, you will be placed either on the 12p-9p or 1p-10pm shift. (As earlier shifts become available, you may request for an earlier shift.)

    Mandatory paid training will begin on 9/18/17 for 3 weeks; Monday-Friday; 8:00a-5:00p.

    No time may be missed during the training weeks.
