This extension of Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room, is an exciting new facility featuring a 33 table poker room, simulcast wagering with a one of a kind sports bar! .
The Opportunity- Assists Chef with food production and supply management for Restaurant.
- Actively participates in food production operations according to the quality and cleanliness standards.
- When required, is responsible for inventory and quality control of kitchen/concession items.
Responsibilities- Provides helpful and professional interaction with wait staff and management.
- Complies with the Company's environmental initiatives.
- Inspects and verifies the quality and quantity of products received from vendors.
- Complies with proper food handling procedures and maintains a Florida approved food handling certificate.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Must possess a minimum of 2 years of culinary experience, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
- Knowledge of food preparation and controls.
Physical Requirements- Requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, - The ability to consistently lift and carry 25 lbs, squatting kneeling pushing pulling, seeing and hearing.
- Must be able to speak and understand English well.
