SUMMARY: Applies principles of financial analysis, business intelligence, and accounting to analyze past and present financial operations and reports on those operations using corporate financial statements and management financial reports.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for management, including inter-company elimination entries
- Prepare monthly internal management reports for CFO and Controller
- Participate in monthly report review meeting for CFO, Controller and other management
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for the Board of Directors and various management meetings.
- Prepare specific financial reports as needed including variance analysis.
- Work to identify key trends and turn data into actionable insight.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports to track KPI’s, identify trends, and monitor activity fluctuations
- Interact with external auditors to prepare audited financial statements and footnotes.
- Interact with accounting department to ensure timely and accurate reporting of operations.
- Maintain updated documentation procedures on preparation of reports and analyses.
- Must be able to articulate and walk out a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Finance or Accounting from four-year College or university and a minimum of five years’ professional financial analyst or accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
