Check Management Coordinator

Pay Level: Unit 2,Level 6 $12.86/hr. min.

Summary: Compile and maintain accounts records for all payable systems and provide administrative support in the purchase of goods and services for the ministry. Produces checks and electronic funds for payment of services. Ensure that all ministry payments are accurate and timely. Research payment inquires by retrieving computer information or contacting the correct sources.

Required Qualifications: 

Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and work cooperatively with others. Must have the ability to work well under pressure.

Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, using tact, patience and courtesy. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential. Must be to work confidentially with discretion. Ability to learn, apply and explain policies, rules and regulations concerning Financial Service Group. Strong attention to detail required. Must show evidence of a growing and personal walk with Jesus Christ.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma and five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some college preferred.
