Imagine you got to go to work every day with the potential to change someone’s life forever. Now imagine that helping change that person’s life also earned you some serious money. Sound good? Well then great news, we are hiring!
One of the best things about working here is the environment. We are a team and everyone celebrates each other’s success, from the CEO to your fellow Dating Specialists. There are contests with great prizes too, for those who like a little friendly competition. Your work-life balance is really important, so our hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm – no late nights, travel or weekends required. Perhaps the best benefit of working here is the pay. After the training period there is a competitive base of $40,000 a year along with an uncapped commission structure. A successful first year Dating Specialist earns an average of $75,000 per year.
Ideal Candidate
To be a Rockstar, you need to be someone who is passionate about helping others find their special someone dating, and is enthusiastic about sharing that passion with others. In addition, you need to be a sales professional with at least two years of phone sales experience and have experience handling a high volume of outbound calls per day. You shouldn’t be one to shy away from objections and should excel at closing.
Other Benefits
Of course we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off and a 401K, but the benefits are so much more than that. It’s coming into the office everyday knowing that you are helping people. It’s the support and camaraderie that come from working with a team who is passionate about what we do, have a drive for success and feeding off of that success. It’s knowing that there is an established avenue for advancement for you. And finally, it’s knowing that your earning potential is uncapped, and that the effort you make can be rewarded in your paycheck.
