Perform the safe, efficient operations at whichever Logistics warehouse assigned to including acquisition, storing, issuing and transferring of material. Responsible for assisting in training of lesser grade Warehouse Associates, satisfying the needs of material users, minimizing OUC’s Inventory investment and related costs while maintaining inventory and records in neat, accurate and orderly fashion. • Accountable – Takes responsibility to get the job done. • Business Understanding – Understand the function of the department and OUC. • Communicator – Oral/Interpersonal – Ability to build positive/effective relationships with others. • Conceptual Skills – Ability to see the “big picture” and how you impact it. • Customer Service Oriented – Possess a desire to resolve customer issues and service customers. • Dedicated – Have a sincere interest in getting the job done to the point of making personal sacrifices. • Dependable – Can be relied upon to complete a task without being reminded. • Detail Oriented – Ability to work with lots of information and to sort through information. • Initiative – Ability to take it upon yourself to accomplish tasks. • Time Management – Ability to utilize time wisely and efficiently. • Teamwork – Take action that best suits the Commission / Department / Division, work group, etc. • Responsible for promoting positive safe work practices to prevent accidents by leading by example. • Ensure the efficient and safe operation of Logistics vehicles and equipment. • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse. • Daily activities of warehouse and communicating with co-workers, customers, contractors and vendors through various activities, including receiving, warehousing, shipping, material issues/returns and inventorying assets in accordance with Logistics policies, practices and procedures. • Issue and receive materials into the OUC OneWorld computer and Barcode system. • Run various inventory related reports in EnterpriseOne. • Use OUC equipment for storage and retrieval of materials. • Develop and perform monthly inventory cycle counts. • Deliver material and equipment to operational crews. • Assist Accounts Payable in solving invoice problems. • Other Inventory related tasks as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor and/or Logistics Operations Supervisor. 

• High School Diploma or equivalent education. • Familiarity with inventory related to Electric & Water Delivery, Electric & Water Production, Power Generation, Power Transmission, Lighting, Meters Electric/Water and SubStations. • Excellent customer service skills. • Class A Commercial Drivers License is required. • Forklift Certification required within 60 days of employment. • Driver’s license must meet OUC policy standard. • MS Office Suite software utilization skills, knowledge of DSI Bar Code JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. • Barcode system skills required. • Ability to effectively interact with a wide range of office and field personnel. Due to the broad reaching scope of this position, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with both professional and skilled trade employees. • Ability to work extended hours when required including nights, weekends, holidays and during storms. • Be on Call-Out rotation to respond to after hour material requests.  • Three (3) years of warehousing experience.
