Under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position will: -Support the design, development, and implementation of a new applicant tracking and onboarding system that will increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience for candidates, HR Liaisons and other stakeholders Under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position will: -Support the design, development, and implementation of a new applicant tracking and onboarding system that will increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience for candidates, HR Liaisons and other stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in recruiting, HR or operations; ATS and/or HRIS systems administrator/superuser level experience -Previous experience with the implementation of a new applicant tracking system highly desired -Previous experience in a decentralized human resources environment a plus -Previous higher ed recruitment experience a plus.
Anticipated duration for the project will be six to nine months.
