The residential Lead Installer is responsible for working as a contributing member of the solar installation crew, working closely with the crew Foreman and leading the mechanical portions of the solar installation.
This leads, organizes and performs the safety equipment placement, array layout, racking installation, and module placement.
The Lead Installer will work as a team with the Foreman and the Installers to safely and successfully complete residential and small commercial solar installations.
Responsibilities:Assembling the racking and solar arrayAssembly of equipment along with properly sealing all roof penetrationsTrenching, concrete work and equipment assemblyRequirements:Previous solar installation experience requiredMust have electrical and/or roofing experienceAttention to detailA good driving recordDocumentation skillsProfessional appearance and client interactionConstruction related experiencePhysical Demands:Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance)Ability to work safely in a branch/warehouse/rooftop environmentAbility to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of workAbility to interact with co-workers and participate in meetingsAbility to work on rooftops with various angles and surfacesAbility to work in outdoor weather conditionsSunrun and Sunrun Installation Services offer competitive salary and benefitsSunrun Inc.
