We are owned and operated by Delaware North Companies.

Our location offers an ultramodern 53,000 square feet complex with a luxurious expanded Poker Room, Clubhouse Restaurant, wall to wall flat screen and big screen LCD TV s as well as private betting carrels to watch your favorite Thoroughbred or Harness Horse Races, Jai-Alai or Greyhound Races from premier tracks around the country.
We also have cornhole tournaments and live concerts.
We are a major sponsor of Greyhound Pets of America (GPA).
We provide support to GPA through financial donations, fundraisers and use of our facilities for their donation center and kennel compound.
When greyhounds finish their racing career, GPA places them in a loving home where they can enjoy their retirement.
The OpportunityResponsible for maintaining and controlling inventory levels in commissary and all concessions stands and bars.
Stock all concession and bar areas daily following prescribed procedures and checking approximately every 30 minutes for restocking.
Practices and maintains all alcohol and tobacco control procedures.
Help in the concession stands when needed.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with food prep functions.
Receives and puts away food, cleaning supplies, dishes, etc.
Keeps workstation clean and sanitary before, during and after each shift.
Provides helpful and professional interaction with wait staff and management.
QualificationsMust be able to speak, read and understand English fluently.
Must be able to demonstrate good basic math skills.
Some purchasing experience is preferred.
Must have good handwriting skills.
Must be able to maintain a Florida approved food handling certification.
Physical RequirementsThe following are essential for the tasks assigned to this Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Hearing of Conversation Level .
Vison Near.
Both Hands and Legs required.
Standing and walking 100% of the time .
Requires some bending, stooping, and the ability to periodically lift and carry up to 60 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling, seeing and hearing.
Must be able to speak, read and understand English fluently.
