As a keymember of the team, you will support Benefit Operations, and readinessreviews for external audits.
Individual serves a single point of contactfor external partners and internal business partners and brings forwardto Benefit Operations the audit scope as it relates to operationalprocess reviews and defines operational involvement.
This is afunctional SME, has a broad business approach, develops pioneeringapproaches to emerging industry trends and is a resource to seniorleadership.
It has oversight of related activities across functionalareas and communicates project progress through stage gate reviews anddocumented adherence action plans in accordance to operational readinessreview model.
Primary Implement claim payment processes that meet regulatory and claim business rules.
Conduct claims systems utilization, capacity analysis/ planning and reporting, and claims-related business and systemsanalysis.
Ensure data integrity, data security and process optimization.
Serve as our internal Regulatory Affairs' point of contact.
Partner with functional area leaders and SME's to determine impact and solutions.
Implement Claim Ops solutions to meet regulatory requirements.
Lead Claim Ops market conduct or financial exam activity, corrective action plans responses and restitution projects .
Remediate gaps in existing production processes that do not meet regulatory requirements.
Required High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 5+ years of working experience.
3+ years of Healthcare processing experience.
2+ years of Project Management experience.
2+ years of Supervisory or Team Lead experience.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, work within tables) Knowledge of State and Federal regulations that govern state health insurance claim payment.
Knowledge of CSP Facets and / or COSMOS internal processing platforms.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Preferred Bachelor's Degree (or higher).
