Overview Arrow Environmental Services is looking for a dynamic Lawn Service Professional.

We are a company built on family tradition established more than 100 years ago.

With our parent company, Environmental Pest Service, LLC, we provide peace of mind for our residential and commercial customers with lawn care, pest control, termite control, wildlife exclusions and removal, mosquito reduction, and insulation services.

As a Lawn Service Professional, you will have a designated route where you will be responsible for fulfilling a daily production schedule, operating under limited supervision, arriving to customers in a timely basis, explaining the scope of services you will provide for them, and by implementing agronomic programs and solutions while upholding EPS core values.

Our Lawn Service Professionals will conduct outside home and property inspections by identifying the different types of grasses, weeds, and plants correctly, diagnosing all current pest and lawn issues, examining the irrigation and mowing methods used by customers, and offer detailed plans on how to achieve healthy lawns through proper maintenance techniques and services provided by EPS.

These inspections will be conducted in all climates including hot and humid summer conditions and rainy seasons.

Maintain service schedules for all customers on assigned route, calling customer prior to their service.

Provide excellent communication and people skills to build trust and create positive customer experiences.

Diagnose and discuss the scope of pest control & fertilization service(s) with customers.

Ability to interact with our customers to determine their needs and advise them on what actions are needed when servicing their property.

Communicate in conjunction with sales staff in order to meet client expectations.

Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.

Continuously monitor lawn quality and fertilizing methods after application and communicate progress to customers and operation managers.

Ability to read and understand product/PPE labels accurately to ensure that they are properly applied, stored and disposed of in compliance with State and Federal laws.

Complete and submit service related paperwork in a timely and orderly fashion.

Completion of our initial technical training and participation in regular update training to stay current with proven practices and methods to decide on the most efficient solutions for customer's needs.

Adhere and abide to all driving laws/company policies when operating company vehicles.

Maintain assigned service vehicle, equipment and tools in clean/good working condition.

Ability to work with limited supervision and complete all scheduled productions stops.

Other duties as assigned.

Complete a minimum of High School diploma.

requires successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field training) and earning minimum of two CEU s annually.

Must have valid driver license, be 21 years of age, and meet minimum eligibility criteria of insurance carrier.

Must have the ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull and lift a minimum of 50lbs or more.

Operate primarily outside in cramped spaces, hot, humid, wet, dry, dusty, and noisy conditions.

Ability to listen, clarify, and resolve customer issues with empathy and integrity.

Use lawn care equipment safely like a company issued device, pump up sprayer, backpack sprayer, mobile device, respirator and other equipment.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication, with particular emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and in-person correspondence.

Participate in collections efforts.

Ability to calculate basic math.
