Orlando Regional Medical Center, Care Manager, a part of Orlando Health,  is seeking a full time Registered Nurse. They will collaborate with the assigned clinical team to identify patients most likely to benefit from care coordination services to include assessing patients’ risk factors and the need for care coordination, clinical utilization management and preventative care services.

The qualified applicants will meet the following requirements:

Education/Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Licensure/Certification

• Current nursing license in the state of Florida.
• Maintains a current BLS/Healthcare Provider Certification.

Experience

• Three (3) years of experience in chronic disease management, case management, care coordination, utilization management or acute clinical care.
