Customer Service Representative (Inbound)

Job Summary:

The Vacation Planning Counselor (VPC) role is ideal for the customer service oriented candidate who enjoys meeting people from all over the globe! Our industry award winning training team will provide you with the tools and knowledge to become a subject matter expert at helping our Owners plan a vacation they will remember for a lifetime!

• Located in our Vistana Corporate Office off John Young Parkway
• Business hours are 9AM – 9PM Monday – Friday and 9AM – 6PM Saturday & Sunday

Overview:

• Answer inbound calls from our Owners to educate and assist them with questions and/or the planning of their vacations at any of our beautiful resorts located all over the world
• Participate and complete on-going learning and development to improve technical and soft skills along with enhancing knowledge base of our products and initiatives
• Our leaders care about your well-being and career growth and will meet with you “one on one” every 2 weeks to discuss your goals

Requirements:

• Command of the English language
• Essential computer skills:  Outlook, internet use & navigation, ability to quickly learn in house programs
• 1- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
