The Call Center Billing Representative requires: Previous customer service, collections, or sales experience preferred, but not required.
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Basic math skills.
Basic computer skills & knowledge.
Must be able to work a between the hours of 8:00 am-8:00 pm, Monday-Friday, and sometimes on Saturday.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Must have soft skills and demonstrate compassion.
Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.
As a Call Center Billing Representative, your include, but are not limited to: Inbound and outbound calling, existing patient base (not cold calling).
Assist elderly and sick patients.
Explain medical bills.
Discuss ways that patients will pay their bills, offer payment plans if necessary.
Handle all applicants with care & concern.
Other as assigned.
