The Provider Service Representatives are accountable to support provider relationships and service interactions.
Additional include claim resolution, provider portal education, process credentialing applications and provider training.
The supports and nurtures the relationships between providers and stakeholders.
The Provider Service Representatives also supports strategies relating to provider relationships while supports remediation of operational short-falls.
Primary Apply knowledge / skills to activities that often vary from day to day.
Demonstrate a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function.
Require little assistance with standard and non-standard requests.
Solve routine problems on own.
Work with supervisor to solve more complex problems.
Prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines.
Work with others as part of a team.
Required High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of Managed Care or Medical Insurance experience.
1+ years of experience in Claims or in a Provider Support role.
Experience working with Microsoft Word (create and edit correspondence) and Microsoft Excel (create and edit spreadsheets) .
