WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST - SEASONAL

OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a motivated individual to work with the Inventory & Warehousing Team to facilitate the day-to-day inventory of the business. This includes all areas of operational activities, which typically include receiving, storage, materials handling (bulk and packaged), and inventory. This position also requires ensuring the studio is presented in a neat and orderly manner. This role would interact directly with the Warehousing Supervisor to assist in warehouse, and studio operation. Working hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick Up Material from Vendor as needed
• Drive 14’ Box Truck for delivery/pick ups
• Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications
• Check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, such as matching shipping label with invoice number
• Notes and reports discrepancies and obvious damages
• Routes materials to prescribed storage locations
• Stores, stacks or palatalizes materials in accordance with current storage methods
• Rearranges and takes inventory of stored materials
• Assists with audits
• Support of Operations Team
• Organization of Studio and Warehouse spaces
• Occasional supply audits

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Inventory experience a plus
• Clean driving record
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time with ability to move nimbly in tight spaces
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while working quickly and efficiently within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with your hands assembling small components
