ORMC Trauma ICU and Trauma Stepdown units (Silver Beacon Award for Excellence Recipient) has an opening for a Nursing Operation Manager.

Leadership:

• One year of leadersip experience preferred.

Education/Experience:

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing. BSN or current national certification in area of practice required.
• Two years of hospital RN experience required and one (1) year leadership experience.

Licensure/Certification:

• Current license in the State of Florida renewed every two years.
• Maintains current BLS certification. ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas.
