Computer Support Specialist I (Part-Time)

Seminole State College of Florida is seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team of dedicated computer support professionals. This position works under the general direction of the Manager of Academic Computing Services and is responsible for the support of all campus office computer workstations and associated peripherals.  As needed provides network and telecommunication equipment support under the direction of the Infrastructure team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1.  Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduation from an accredited four year college with a BA/BS degree or A.S. /A.A. degree 

2. Two to four years of experience in installing and support for a variety of software applications in a heterogeneous networking environment.

3. Experience working in a team based environment.
