Nautique Boat Company is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead. The ideal candidates must be timely, detail oriented and motivated. We have a fast pace work environment and seek a Team lead to oversee the daily operations of shipping and receiving. A qualified applicant will need excellent communication skills, problem solving and leadership skills, as well as, ability to operate a computer efficiently. Knowledge of and ability to operate machinery such as pallet jacks, order filler carts and forklifts is required. Experience in warehouse management is a plus. Warehouse experience and logistics knowledge preferred. Ability to work well with others and direct personnel a must. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday position.  Competitive salary with benefits. Applicants must be able to walk, bend, stand, stoop, climb and work safely around moving machinery for extended periods of time.

Job Description:

Oversee, train and motivate warehouse staff to ensure a quality, efficient and safe warehouse operation. The job entails receiving product, stock movement, loading deliveries and general warehouse upkeep. Accuracy and paying attention to detail is very important.

Minimum job knowledge and requirements:

• Be able to identify and correct in a timely manner any production stopping break downs that may occur.
• Must have basic knowledge of mechanics and electrical.
• Must have and maintain a current driver’s license.
• Must be able to drive a forklift when required.
• Must be able to perform tasks under time pressure deadlines.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
• Must be able to work outside exposed to all weather conditions.
• Must be able to wear proper safety equipment when necessary.
• Must be able to use and maintain a variety of hand tools including screw gun, drill, saw, etc.

Applicants that have the ability to prep and paint a full or partial deck areas, color and gel-coat restoration and matching, buffing and sanding a plus.
